Belt conveyor

Concept

  • Belt conveyor is the standard of transfer equipment and is a sort of continuous conveying machine. Idler rollers or slide panels are assembled to steel or aluminum frame. Rubber belt hangs both end of the equipment and is operated by a drum.

Bucket elevator

Concept

  • Bucket Elevator is used for vertically transporting or elevating different type of products by buckets which is attached to rubber belts or chains tightly. The buckets are operated by a motor. Platform is designed to head hood part of the elevator, so it is easy to adjust tension of rubber belt or inspect driving parts.

  • The elevator is possible vertical transportation by high position.

Continuous Discharge Elevators

  • Buckets are attached on the belts or chains without different gap between buckets. The material which is discharged from bucket on the head pulley pass by on front bucket’s flange. The flange is acted as the chute to the material to go into the outlet spout.

Centrifugal Discharge Elevators

  • Buckets are attached on the chain or rubber belt at regular intervals. The bulk materials which is contained in the buckets are discharged by centrifugal force. The force is generated by operating fast speed of belts or chains. Install fee of the elevator is cheaper than other types’ elevator, but it requires to spend much money for maintenance and repair cost.

Positive Discharge Elevators

  • Positive- Buckets are fixed on two strands of chains and same length of bucket spacing. The bulk products are discharged clearly by a snub wheel which inverts the buckets and lead the products to the outlet chute.

Flow conveyor

Concept

  • Flow conveyor is the chain conveyor which transfers continuously raw materials by friction between material’s particles. The friction is occurred by the chains which hang attachment of special shapes in the sealed duct of squared type or unclosed structure of transport line.

  • Wonjin Tech’s flow conveyor is able to transfer raw materials at consistent speed. In addition, operators can make the material stop at the point where they want.
  • Because we have used standardized chains, vibration in the conveyor is low.

  • Raw materials are transferred in the enclosed gutter, so particles of the material are prevented to scatter in the air.
  • The conveyor is able to transfer materials to horizontal, vertical direction.

Pneumatic conveyor

Concept

  • Pneumatic conveyor is a facility that powder is transported by using floating energy. The floating energy is generated by pressure difference gap.

Methods of transporting materials and transporting condition

Low pressure transportation

- Roots blower is used to a method of transporting materials as a pneumatic pressure device. The root blower is installed before conveyor. It is suitable to transport the materials which occur rare dust and do not any problem to crushing. In addition, it is possible to distributed movement to several spaces.

Pulling-air transportation

- Force and pulling types of roots blowers install starting and ending point, before and after conveyor. The materials are transported on negative pressure state in all pipe line. The conveyor does not splash out of materials and does not occur block phenomena.

High pressure transportation

- It is able to transport materials even though transportation condition is changed. It is an effective method to feed high concentrated materials in the narrow pipes.

General precautions of transportation methods

Screw conveyor

Concept

  • Screw conveyor is generally used for feeding or elevating bulk materials by rotating screw blade in the ‘U’ type conveyor casing.

  • Wonjin Tech’s Screw conveyor is produced for transporting or elevating pulverized coal, grains, fertilizer, cement and so on in a short distance.
