Jaw Crusher

Concept

  • Jaw Crusher is the facility which crushes raw materials through compressive force. The facility uses for primary and secondary crushing. Jaw, special cast steel, is positioned on crusher’s both side. When raw materials put between jaws, the raw materials are crushed by repetitive impact between fixed and moving jaw. Then, the materials are released toward discharge area owing to gravity and locomotive faculty.

Product features

  • The size of jaw crusher is decided based on size of jaw.
  • The discharge space between fixed jaw and moving jaw is able to change depended on raw materials’ size.

Cone Crusher

Concept

  • The machine crushes raw materials through strong impulsive force and compressive force.

Product feature

  • Mantle head of Cone type hangs on the shaft of small vertical shape. Due to eccentricity of the mantel head, raw materials are crushed by the force from cone cave ball installed on the frame.

Impact Crusher

Concept

  • The facility is made through modifying a roller crusher or a hammer crusher. Raw materials are crushed by high speed turn of rotors and plates of inner crusher, then the materials discharge after passing the repetitive crushing process.

Product features

  • The efficiency of crushing is excellent due to geometrical structure of special crushing equipment and crushing space.
  • Restriction of inputting raw mineral hardness, size and shape is less than other crushing facilities.

Hammer Crusher

Concept

  • As an ordinary crushing facility, it usually use in miner, crushing stone factory and chemical factory for the secondary and tertiary crushing. The facility crushes raw materials by transient impact among crushing methods (impact, cutting, smashing and compression).

Product features

  • A number of discs is welded on the turning shaft. The between of the discs hangs a plenty of hammers. Raw materials are smashed by the hammers firstly, then the materials impact to the liner which is attached in the crushing space.
  • Smashed materials discharge through the grid screen or the Grid plate . If the remained materials which does not go through the screen and grid plate, the materials keep being smashed by hammers and liners until discharging.

Roller crusher

Concept

  • Roller crusher is a crusher of compression and cutting type. Raw materials are crushed by force from rotating of two rolls. The facility is able to adjust size of discharged materials from 2~3 slide to small particle size about 60~80 Mesh by roll speeds and gap setting of two rollers.

  • To operate high quality crushing can be achieved using low cost.
  • The crusher is simple structure and able to crush grains, minerals and other various raw materials.

Ball Mill

Concept

  • Ball mill (Tube mill) grinds raw materials by friction when the mill rotates. The materials have crushed after crashing balls or rods in the cylinder of tube type while the mill is rotating.

Product features

  • Because the mill's structure is simple, the limitation to install the mill is low.
  • The facility is able to modify diversely depended on shape, hardness and sort of materials and propose of use.

Raymond Mill

Concept

  • Raymond mill uses for grinding raw materials into fine powder or micro fine powder. The fineness of the powder is between a dozen micron and one millimeter. The mill is built in air classifier. Due to rotation of three of four grinding rollers on the scoop and its revolution, compression and friction between ventilation base, rollers and edge space of inner wall and cutting occurs. As a result, raw materials are crushed by the forces. The sizes 36”, 50”, (55”), 60” are general size of Raymond mill.

  • Adjustment of discharged materials’ size is easy.
  • Raw materials which contain a small amount moisture is also crushed and dried.

제품 입도에따라 Air Separator Type를 선정, 처리양에 의해 Mill Size를 결정한다.

  • 분쇄능력은 석회석 200mesh, 70% 통과기준임.
  • 분쇄물의 종류와 조건에 따라 회전수, 동력(kw)등을 변경할수 있음.

Pin Mill

Concept

  • The structure of pin mill is that a number of pins attach on both the immovable and rotating disks. The facility is able to adjust output size of raw materials from large particle powder by Nano fine powder. In addition, the pin mill is able to crush diverse raw materials. The equipment is able to produce diverse size of product from large particle powder by Nano fine powder through changing screen. The powder which is smaller than screen hole’s size is able to get out of the barrel. If particles are bigger than screen hole, the particles has crushed until passing the holes.
  • Depend on components of raw material, the Pin mill is made by stainless or iron.

  • Able to obtain same size particles consistently.
  • Able to adjust the particle size of the final product through inverter which controls rotation speed of rotor.
  • Easy to inspect the inner pin mill and change the component of the machine.
